Resolves YES if the Nigerian Independent System Operator (NISO) reports, or a major Nigerian outlet citing NISO reports, national grid generation (peak or hourly) above 4,300MW on any day from 10 to 14 November 2026 inclusive. Otherwise NO. VOID if no NISO generation figure for the window is published or reported by 15 November. Baseline: 3,996MW peak on Wednesday 4 November and 3,659MW at 3pm on Thursday 5 November 2026, with NISO blaming gas shortages and low hydro inflows.
